Beauté Reserve is an independent online boutique specializing in the resale of limited-edition, discontinued, hard-to-find, and sold-out beauty and makeup products.
Beauté Reserve is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party beauty brand or manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise.
All brand names, trademarks, logos, and product names displayed on our website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
3. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Product photographs may appear different from the actual product due to lighting, photography, device settings, screen resolution, manufacturer packaging changes, or other factors.
Because Beauté Reserve specializes in limited-edition and hard-to-find products, certain items may have older or discontinued packaging.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information carefully before purchasing.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.
Beauté Reserve reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product availability at any time without prior notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Beauté Reserve may cancel the affected portion of the order and issue a refund for that item.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Beauté Reserve reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, product description, inventory, or other errors.
Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been accepted by Beauté Reserve.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, inventory issue, suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized transaction, or other legitimate reason permitted by law.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Beauté Reserve reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order, subject to applicable law.
Once an order has been accepted and processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible except for orders from the EU. Customers in the EU can cancel an order up until the item has shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customers should carefully review their order information before completing checkout.
7. All Sales Are Final Except EU Orders
All sales are final!
Beauté Reserve does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations except where required by applicable law or as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy. Orders shipped to the EU have a 14 day return policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photographs, and order information before completing their purchase.

8. Shipping & Delivery
Beauté Reserve will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling, transportation, and delivery procedures.
Beauté Reserve is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Beauté Reserve is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after being delivered by the shipping carrier.
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the designated delivery location.
Customers may also contact the applicable shipping carrier to request additional information or file a claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
10. Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact Beauté Reserve at customerservice@beautereserve.com
Please include your full name, order number, and clear photographs showing the damage.
Beauté Reserve will evaluate the claim and notify the customer whether the refund request has been approved.
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Customer Responsibilities
When using our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
- Provide a valid shipping address and contact information.
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.
